The application of space-based information is an important foothold in the development of aerospace construction. In view of the rapid improvement of space-based information service capabilities to meet the changing objective needs of future operations， and the background of long-range precision strikes in the typical combat mode of modern warfare is used as the background of space-based information services， and the long-range precision strike combat process is analyzed. A conceptual model of space-based information and battlefield elements in long-range precision strike operations is constructed， combined with the model and referred to the principle of semantic-based publish-subscribe system， a multi-layer index structure for subscription requirements is proposed to realize long-range precision strikes subscription and distribution of space-based information in operations， and finally the performance of the method is verified to meet the operational requirements by experiments.
